FUSE Board Profile Survey

FUSE was founded by and serves families who have children with special needs in the East Central Indiana area. When families first learn that their child has a special need they often don’t know where to turn. We try to be the handbook they need by guiding them to resources. We have meetings with speakers, Q&A sessions, and seasonal social functions. Families can participate in any of those things or just receive the newsletter. You can learn more by checking our website at www.fuseinc.org or calling our Executive Director.

We are building our pool of prospective board and committee members, and we would like to consider you. To help us understand your interests and background better, we would appreciate your responses to this questionnaire. We don’t expect you to know everything about us. We simply want to get to know you better, so that we can match you up with a possible position.
