Register now to exhibit at the Inspiring Abilities Expo in Greenfield!

 

Exhibitor and sponsor registration is OPEN for the 2020 Inspiring Abilities Expo in Greenfield! Our expo is an opportunity to connect your products and services with families and individuals with disabilities and mental health needs in central Indiana. Vendors representing all age groups, service systems, and disability types are encouraged to sign up soon!   Last year this event sold out of vendor spaces, so don’t miss opportunity to get a booth! Once we reach capacity, a vendor waiting list will be maintained.

 

This year our expo will feature a one hour presentation from the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities highlighting their concept paper on the redesign of the Medicaid Waivers, which is currently open for public comment.

Exhibit space includes one 8 foot table and two chairs.  Vendor set up begins at 8:00 am.  Event opens to public at 9:00 am. Exhibits close at 1:00 pm. Please, NO EARLY TEAR DOWN

 

Event sponsorship is a great way to reach your audience and create awareness of your brand!

Sponsorship includes the cost of the exhibit booth, so no additional registration fee is required! Sponsorships will be invoiced, so payment is not required with registration.

  • $  500     Gold Sponsor

  • $  250     Silver Sponsor 
    • Your logo on print materials
    • Your small logo printed on event gift bag given to all participants and volunteers

 

  •  $  100     Bronze Sponsor              
    •  Line mention on event gift bag and print materials

 

Please register no later than February 8 for a sponsorship.  The earlier we receive your sponsorship/registration, the better for maximizing your exposure to new clients and families.  Logo or name placement on print materials cannot be guaranteed after February 8.

 

If you do not plan to sponsor, the registration fees for exhibit booths are:

 

$50 For-Profit service providers, product vendors, etc.

$25 Non-Profit organization—budgets over $25,000

$10 For small business ventures owned/operated by individuals with disabilities (contact us to see if you qualify)

 No fee for Govt. agencies or small Non-Profits with budgets under $25,000

Please send proof of 501c3 if you are a new nonprofit exhibitor to FUSE
