20th Annual David Borgmann Memorial Golf Outing

Your support will help FUSE empower more families and individuals with disabilities and mental health needs by providing information, training, support and encouragement.

There will be prizes for the longest putt, closet to the pin (men’s and women’s) and closet second shot.

Prizes will be awarded and raffle drawing will take place after all teams return to the event building.

Hole in One prizes include $5,000, Callaway irons, round trip airfare and choice of HP laptop or tablet!
